We are a leading Swiss call center and cover all areas of inbound and outbound communication with our three locations and 600 employees. Our satisfied and competent employees make every contact a wow-experience and ensure the highest quality of service and sales.

Our success story began 15 years ago when Derek Bollag and André Blaser founded what was to become Callpoint AG. Since then, the competence and satisfaction of our employees have been top priorities for us. We can therefore provide the highest quality services and sales – thus ensuring your success. That is our promise to you.

Due to our rapid growth, we have become an established Swiss call center. With around 600 employees at our Basel, Fribourg and Zurich locations, we cover the service areas of customer service, dispatching service, help desk and telemarketing. Our satisfied customers now include almost 400 companies, and in 2021 we generated sales of 37 million Swiss francs.
